It's cold in New York these days, just below freezing most nights, so hit the red carpet event has become a bit uncomfortable for the style settings, but Karolina Kurkova.

Czech supermodel looked both cool and comfortable in the reopening of the Dior boutique on 57th Street Wednesday night, showing his deliciously long stems in a little black dress tiered lace and black opaque tights. But Kurkova added a touch of fashion to the belt look with leggings and a thin jacket cut to size tuxedo, giving the appearance a bit of a youthful edge.
